**Job description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various electronic, and mechanical equipment and computers in the office.
- Perform high-quality repairs and refurbishment of gadgets like smartwatches, drone cameras, tablets and computers.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment functionality and longevity.
- Utilize diagnostic tools, manuals, and schematics to aid in the repair process.
- Replace faulty components, parts, or modules as needed, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
- Test repaired equipment to verify proper functionality and performance.
- Document all repairs, including parts used, labour hours, and testing results, accurately and comprehensively.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to optimize repair processes and improve efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- A high school diploma or ITI, technical certification or relevant vocational training is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, equipment, and software for troubleshooting and repair.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Commitment to upholding quality standards and delivering exceptional service to clients.
