Key Responsibilities

Review existing monitoring strategies and identify gaps in the current monitoring and dashboards.
Design, develop, and implement APM monitoring solutions in AppDynamics.
Configure SAP monitoring using AppDynamics to ensure comprehensive coverage and performance insights, including:
Monitoring SAP HANA databases and infrastructure resources.
Setting up automated checks for availability, performance, exceptions, and configuration.
Creating and managing predefined templates for SAP system monitoring.
Integrating SAP monitoring data with other observability tools for deeper insights.
Integrate Splunk logging with monitoring solutions to enhance observability.
Develop and maintain automation scripts for synthetic tests using scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or shell scripting.
Implement monitoring for Java Spring Boot APIs.
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and SRE teams to optimize monitoring strategies.
Define and document best practices for synthetic monitoring, alerting, and dashboarding.
Troubleshoot monitoring issues and continuously improve monitoring coverage.
