Coordination
- Traveling within the city or out of station for conducting Intra Oral scan
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with Experiential sales managers to schedule appointments for intra
- oral scans.
- Communication: Ensure clear communication with all stakeholders involved, including End-user patient,

Orthodontist & dental professionals associated with their clinics, and internal team members.
- Logistics: Maintain the hygiene & keep the necessary equipment, tools organized with accessories required

for the intra-oral scan sessions.

Conduction
- Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in operating intra-oral scanning equipment and software to capture

accurate and high-quality scans.
- Patient Interaction: Interact with end-users in a professional and reassuring manner to create a positive

experience during the scan.
- Problem-solving: Address any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the scanning process

promptly and efficiently.

Completion
- Quality Assurance: Review the scans for quality and completeness, addressing any discrepancies or errors

before finalizing the process.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of each scan session, including any specific instructions or

observations made during the process.
- Data Management: Ensure the secure and accurate transfer of scanned data to the design Team.

End User Experience
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from end
- users, ensuring their satisfaction with the scanning experience.
- Education: Offer guidance to end-users on post-scan care or follow-up procedures, if necessary.
- Professionalism: Uphold a high level of professionalism and ethical standards throughout the entire

process.

Problem Resolution:

- Immediate Issues: Resolve any immediate issues or concerns raised by end-users during or after the scan

session.
- Escalation: If necessary, escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate channels within your company

for further resolution.

5. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Continuous Improvement:

- Feedback: Gather feedback from end-users and internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in

the scanning process.
- Training: Stay updated on the latest advancements in intra-oral scanning technology and undergo training

to enhance your skills.

By effectively managing coordination, conduction, and completion of intra-oral scans and prioritizing the end
- user experience, you contribute to the overall success and reputation of your company in delivering high
- quality services.
