**Job Title**:
Junior Dentist - Patient Treatment Coordinator

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a Junior Dentist to join our team as a Patient Treatment Coordinator. This non-clinical role is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain experience in patient interaction, treatment planning, and the operational side of a dental practice. The primary responsibility is to guide patients through their treatment journey, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Coordination**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial options clearly and empathetically.
- Address patient concerns and ensure they feel informed and supported.
- **Scheduling and Follow-Up**:

- Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and treatment sessions.
- Ensure timely communication with patients regarding their schedules and treatment progress.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate patient records, including treatment plans and follow-up notes.
- Collaborate with front-desk staff to streamline patient onboarding and administrative processes.
- **Collaboration with Clinical Team**:

- Act as a liaison between patients and dentists, ensuring all treatment details are communicated effectively.
- Assist in organizing and reviewing treatment documentation with the clinical team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent.
- No prior clinical experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Language**:

- English, Kannada (required)

Work Location: In person
