**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced **Visual Merchandiser** with a strong background in the **retail têxtile industry**. The role involves creating visually appealing displays that enhance customer experience, drive sales, and reflect seasonal trends and brand identity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Display Creation**: Design and implement attractive in-store and window displays for têxtile products, ensuring alignment with brand and seasonal trends.
- **Product Placement**: Strategically place têxtiles to maximize visibility and sales, working with the sales team to optimize store layouts.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on têxtile trends and incorporate them into merchandising strategies.
- **Store Signage & Branding**: Design effective signage and ensure consistent store branding.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with store teams to refresh displays and ensure products are displayed correctly.
- **Sales Monitoring**: Track display performance and adjust strategies to improve sales.
- **Customer Engagement**: Create engaging environments to enhance the customer shopping experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in **visual merchandising** within the **retail têxtile** industry.
- Strong creative skills with attention to detail and trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing trends.
