**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on VAT and Corporate Tax in the UAE and GCC regions.
- Familiarity with Online Training
- Cover the following topics:

- UAE VAT and GCC VAT: VAT registration, return filing, taxable supplies, place of supply, reverse charge mechanism, and VAT recovery.
- UAE Corporate Tax: Taxable persons, free zones, exempt persons, taxable and exempt income, deductions, tax losses, and corporate tax calculations.
- Provide practical examples and case studies to enhance the learning experience.
- Create and update training materials to ensure they remain relevant and compliant with the latest regulations.
- Evaluate trainee progress and provide feedback.
- Offer guidance on VAT return filing and corporate tax calculations.

**Qualifications**:

- Expertise in UAE VAT, GCC VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax regulations.
- Proven experience in teaching or training on tax-related topics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex tax concepts for learners at various levels.
- Relevant certifications in VAT or corporate tax are preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with taxation software and tools.
- Ability to create engaging training materials.
