- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Explain and promote travel packages (domestic and international) clearly and effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed information, and follow up regularly.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM databases.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for closing bookings.
- Build positive relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- **Requirements**:_
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of telecalling or telesales experience (preferably in travel or hospitality).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and travel processes.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to handle pressure.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- **Qualifications & Experience**:_
- **Minimum Education**:

- 12th Pass (HSC) or
- Graduate in any stream (preferred: Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or Business)
- **Experience**:

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service
- Experience in the travel industry is an added advantage
- **Language Proficiency**:

- Fluent in English and Hindi (any regional language is a plus)
- **Computer Skills**:

- Familiarity with CRM tools or booking portals is preferred
- **Key Skills**:_
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Confidence and persuasive speaking ability
- Sales-oriented mindset and target-driven
- Ability to handle objections and close leads
- Good time management and multitasking ability
- Customer-friendly and polite behavior

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
