Tellecaller With Good English Communication Skill
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to present our products/services.
Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Understand customer requirements and address their queries effectively.
Provide accurate information about products/services and promote features and benefits.
Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience.
Keep abreast of product updates, promotions, and industry trends.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when needed.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
Ability to engage customers over the phone and build rapport.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Good listening skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in relevant field is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
