**Job Title**: SEO Executive

**Location**:WeWork Platina, Gurgram, Sikandarpur

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify valuable opportunities for optimization.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility.
- Perform competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed in content creation and optimization.
- Build and manage effective link building campaigns to improve website authority.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.
- Provide regular reports on SEO performance, rankings, and key metrics to management.

**Requirements/Eligibity**:

- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in on-page and off-page SEO.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar tools.
- Experience with keyword research and analysis using tools like Google Keyword Planner or other SEO software.
- Knowledge of on-page optimization techniques, including meta tags, heading tags, keyword placement, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with technical SEO aspects, such as XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and website speed optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Passion for staying updated on the latest SEO trends and industry developments.
