**Roles & Responsibilities**:
2. Drafting and vetting of various agreements e.g. franchisee agreement, service agreement etc.
3. Drafting of NDA agreements and MOU agreements
4. Drafting and vetting of various service agreement with parties.
5. Maintaining the legal MIS and reporting of progress of cases to Legal Head.
6. Having sound knowledge of law of CPC, Cr. P.C. Indian contract Act, Arbitration Act, Consumer Act, Negotiable Instruments Act etc.
7. Handling all legal compliance like service of Notices, execution of conditional warrants and execution of warrants of attachments received in execution matters.
8. Handling cases U/S. 138 N.I. Act
9. Independently handling civil and criminal cases filed by and against the company.
10. having good liaising with police officials to deal complaints.
11. Assist advocates in drafting of suits, petition, complaint, reply and notices etc.
12. Issue recovery notices and take steps against defaulter franchisee/parties for recovery of dues.
13. Draft compliance check list to be used as SOP to ensure that all information required is provided accordingly.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
