To be responsible for quality of service provision in the region through:

- regular audits of the service in the region using the audit standards provided by Director of Nursing including unannounced audits and announced audits
- Daily assessment form review
- Care plan uploading and documents review
- Reporting and resolving of any customer concerns or complaints and supporting staff who have been implicated in a complaint
- KPI reporting to Nursing Heads
- To be responsible for staff performance:

- Monitoring clinical incidents and reporting to Nursing Heads as requested
- Undertaking root cause analysis of incidents and preventative actions and reporting to Nursing Heads
- Reconciliation of medications
- Providing safe environment for the staff and the patients.
- Involvement in active infection control programm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,275.36 - ₹30,377.25 per month
