Role: Data entry specialist at the Grind cafe

**Job Overview**: We seek a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Data Entry Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately input sales and inventory data into our systems. Additionally, this role will involve learning and eventually managing inventory processes within the café.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input sales data, including transaction details and revenue figures, into our database system.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when entering numerical data.
- Ensure timely and efficient entry of all relevant information.
- Assist in the management of café inventory, including tracking stock levels and product movement.
- Learn inventory management processes and procedures under the guidance of senior staff.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
- Participate in training sessions to develop proficiency in inventory management tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in data entry or related administrative roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in inventory management is a plus but not required.
