This role in the accounts payable function is requires to process invoices in the ERP system which are received from the vendors / suppliers. Carry out the required responsibilities as per company’s guidelines and standard operating procedures for processing vendor invoices. Coordinate effectively with the internal and external stakeholders to make sure all assigned deliverables are achieved on or before deadlines with due accuracy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Record vendor invoices in the vendor invoice processing module in ERP systemReview each invoice and make sure all the required information is available to process the invoiceFlag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or pricesGenerate reports from the various systems and reconcile dataCo-ordinate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and issuesPerform vendor reconciliationCorrespond with vendors and respond to inquiries and disputesHandling queries from the onshore and offshore stakeholdersEnsure all SLAs are met as they relate to the invoice processing procedures with due qualityHandle multiple projects and client accountsIdentify and implement process improvement opportunities to bring efficiency in the processOther responsibilities could be added to this role from time to time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
