**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Hardware Management**:

- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Perform hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Maintain an inventory of hardware assets and manage procurement processes.
- **Networking**:

- Set up and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks.
- Configure and troubleshoot network equipment like routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and ensure security and availability.
- **System Support**:

- Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware or network-related issues.
- Install and upgrade operating systems and software as needed.
- Manage system backups and disaster recovery processes.
- **IT Security**:

- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect the network from threats.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of technical issues, resolutions, and equipment configurations.
- Prepare regular reports on hardware and network performance.

**Skills**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting hardware and networking devices.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux operating systems and IT tools.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and protocols.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Availability for on-call support when required.

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹1.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
