**Job Title: Computer Hardware and Networking Technician**

**Job Location**: Navi Mumbai

**Position Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and peripherals, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot networking equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, ensuring optimal performance.
- Perform regular system maintenance, software updates, and data backups on client computers and network infrastructure.
- Provide support for installing and configuring software and operating systems.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network security systems, including firewalls and antivirus software.
- Conduct network cabling, setup of network infrastructure, and ensure proper wiring for connectivity.
- Install and maintain CCTV systems and integrate them into existing network infrastructures (knowledge of CCTV systems is a plus).
- Respond to customer queries and provide solutions for hardware and network-related issues.
- Document installation and maintenance processes, including troubleshooting steps and outcomes.
- Provide training to clients on system usage, network setup, and basic troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with other team members and project managers to meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to safety and security policies during all installations and repairs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in computer hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networking.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common office software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Ability to work with network cables, crimping tools, and other hardware-related tools.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and explain technical issues in simple terms.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to preventing technical problems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time and resources effectively.
- [Optional] Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or related IT certifications is a plus.
- [Optional] Knowledge of CCTV systems, including installation and maintenance, is an added advantage.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with IP networking, including knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPNs.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and their integration with network infrastructures.
- Experience with remote monitoring and cloud-based systems.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles.
