**Job Title: Sales Executive - Automobile Dealerships**

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Leveraging your expertise in automobile sales, you will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.

**Responsibility**:
**Customer Engagement**:

- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs and preferences.
- Provide information about available vehicles, specifications, features, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and assist customers in selecting the most suitable vehicle based on their requirements.

**Sales Generation**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to negotiate and close deals, ensuring maximum profitability for the dealership.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

**Customer Satisfaction**:

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the automobile dealership industry is essential.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive products, including features, specifications, and pricing.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Sales executive: 2 years (preferred)
