**Job Title**: Guest Post SEO Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Outreach and Relationship Building**: Identify relevant websites in our niche, research their content and audience, and build relationships with editors, webmasters, and influencers.
- **Content Ideation and Creation**: Develop creative and engaging content ideas that align with both our brand and the target website's audience. This may sometimes include writing the guest posts yourself or working with our content team.
- **Pitching and Negotiation**: Craft personalized and compelling pitches to website editors, highlighting the value and relevance of our guest post ideas. Negotiate placement opportunities and ensure adherence to publication guidelines.
- **Guest Post Management**: Oversee the entire guest posting process, from initial outreach to publication, ensuring timely delivery and quality control. This includes coordinating with writers (if applicable), editors, and other stakeholders.
- **Link Building**: Strategically incorporate relevant and natural backlinks within guest posts to improve our website's search engine rankings.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**: Monitor key metrics such as website traffic, backlink acquisition, and keyword rankings. Analyze data and generate reports to track the effectiveness of guest posting campaigns.
- **Staying Up-to-Date**: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, guest posting best practices, and industry updates. Be aware of algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the content marketing, SEO, and social media teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct competitor analysis to identify guest posting opportunities and understand industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in guest post outreach and link building.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches and high-quality content.
- Proven track record of securing guest posts on authoritative websites.
- Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with different content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
