Monitor and update the dispatch schedule to ensure timely deliveries and optimize routes for efficiency.

Coordinate with drivers to ensure they have the necessary information and resources for successful dispatch.

Provide guidance, support, and direction to dispatch.

Assist in monitoring the performance of dispatch personnel, addressing any performance or behavior issues, and providing feedback or coaching when necessary.

Collaborate with the dispatch supervisor to assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure adequate coverage.

Maintain clear and timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders regarding dispatch activities, order status, and any potential delays or issues.

Ensure accurate and complete documentation of dispatch activities, such as delivery receipts, shipping manifests, and customer records.

Assist in maintaining databases or systems for tracking dispatch-related information and generating reports.

Assist in coordinating the movement of goods between warehouses or distribution centers to meet customer demand or optimize inventory distribution.

Support the dispatch supervisor in monitoring inventory accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective measures.

Assist in enforcing compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to dispatch operations.

Assist in monitoring the quality of goods or services dispatched, ensuring they meet established standards.

Collaborate with the dispatch supervisor to identify areas for process improvement, implement corrective actions, and enhance overall dispatch efficiency

Assist in resolving customer inquiries, complaints, or issues related to dispatch, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.

Dispatch supervisor in coordinating and scheduling the dispatch of goods materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
