**Position**:Admin

**Qualification**:Graduation (Any stream)

**Location**: Vadagaon Maval, Pune.

**Experience**:02 to 05 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Security Management:

- Oversee and manage the security operations at the facility, ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, and assets.
- Coordinate with external security service providers and monitor security-related issues on a regular basis.

2. Housekeeping Management:

- Supervise housekeeping staff and manage cleanliness standards across the organization.
- Ensure proper sanitation, hygiene, and maintenance of workspaces and common areas.

3. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Management:

- Coordinate and manage all AMC contracts for the maintenance of equipment, facilities, and services.
- Ensure timely renewal and service delivery as per agreed terms.

4. Event Organization:

- Plan and execute internal events, team-building activities, and corporate functions. - Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and ensure successful event execution.

5. IT & Excel Skills:

- Handle day-to-day HR administration tasks using IT tools, including Microsoft Excel for reporting, data management, and analysis.
- Ensure smooth functioning of HR-related software and assist with troubleshooting IT issues when required.

6. Labour Laws & Factory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and factory regulations.
- Keep up to date with statutory changes and ensure adherence to all legal requirements, including employee benefits, health and safety, etc.

7. Canteen Management:

- Supervise the operations of the company canteen, ensuring hygiene, quality of food, and adherence to safety standards.
- Handle vendor negotiations, cost management, and maintain employee satisfaction with canteen services.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduation in any stream.
- Strong knowledge of security, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other IT tools.
- Sound knowledge of labour laws and factory compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and coordinate with various departments.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in HR administration or related fields with a focus on security management, housekeeping, event organization, and facility management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Admin: 2 years (required)
- Labour Law: 1 year (required)
