Position: Staff Nurse

Location: Nashik Road

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities

1. Makes regular rounds of entire hospital.

2. Maintaining shift report.

3. Consolidating shift report in HMS and reporting to key personnel.

4. Taking attendance at the beginning and end of shift.

5. Giving telephonic / verbal report to Nursing Director.

6. Maintaining entries of absenteeism, late comers etc.

7. Conducts and attends to departmental and interdepartmental meeting/conferences from time to time.

8. Sees to the safety and general cleanliness of all departments.

9. Acts as a Public Relation Officer of the unit and deals with the problems faced by the ward charges, if any, especially with the class IV employees and patients attendance.

10. Keeps the Nursing Director, Assistant Nursing superintendent’s office informed of the needs of the Nursing Units / wards of any special problem.

11. Acts as a management representative in case of crisis.

12. Makes report of absconded patient and informs police through security.

13 Inform key personnel of any critical events.

14. Acts as a liason between different departments. Eg physiotherapy, USG etc

15. Helps the staff to resolve any issues. Eg pharmacy problem etc. Carries out any other duties assigned to her by the HOD Nursing

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 3 years (preferred)
- total work: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Nursing License (preferred)
