**Job Summary**:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Legal Fresher to join our team. As a Legal Fresher, you will be responsible for providing legal assistance and support to our team of experienced lawyers. You will be working closely with our team to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of corporate law, such as contract drafting and negotiation, legal research, compliance, and regulatory matters.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct legal research on various topics related to corporate law, including M&A, PE-VC, IPR, ADR, IBC, and direct and indirect taxes.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal memos.
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements.
- Participate in meetings with clients and other stakeholders.
- Analyse and interpret laws and regulations.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations relating that may affect the company's operations.
- Provide support in compliance and regulatory.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the legal team to achieve goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from a recognized institution
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and legal research databases
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Previous experience as a legal intern or similar role is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
