**Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect**
**Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid)**

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Architectural Design and Strategy:

- Develop and implement comprehensive Salesforce technical architecture strategies that align with business objectives.
- Design scalable and robust data models, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
- Provide strategy and vision to Enterprise Sales Excellence and Enterprise Salesforce Centre of Excellence (COE) teams for solution design, configuration, and development standards, including best practices with Salesforce technology.
- Salesforce Architecture and Integration:

- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Lead integration with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization and ensure end-to-end solution integrity.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
- Data Integration and Management:

- Lead the design and implementation of data integration solutions between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Oversee data migration efforts, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Oversee data governance, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
- Implement data analytics and reporting solutions to provide actionable insights.
- Technical Leadership:

- Serve as a technical expert and advisor on Salesforce technical architecture and related technologies (Tableau, CPQ, etc.).
- Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring technical solutions are aligned with architectural standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization:

- Identify and address performance bottlenecks in Salesforce architecture.
- Implement best practices for data management, including indexing, partitioning, and archiving strategies.
- Conduct regular performance tuning and optimization.
- Compliance and Security:

- Ensure data architecture complies with relevant data protection regulations and security standards.
- Implement robust data governance practices to maintain data accuracy, privacy, and security.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Collaboration and Documentation:

- Collaborate with business functions and other IT teams to define, plan, model, govern, and implement Salesforce capabilities.
- Proactively communicate risks associated with solution design integrity to key stakeholders.
- Document data models, processes, standards, and policies.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assess new tools and software, perform POCs, and offer recommendations to optimize the enterprise Salesforce landscape.
- Data Privacy and Security:

- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Develop and enforce data access controls.
- Training and Adoption:

- Provide training on data-related topics.
- Promote a data-driven decision-making culture.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, with a focus on data architecture and integration.
- Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer) are good to have.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex data models and integration solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data management tools, including Data Loader, Salesforce Connect, and third-party ETL tools.
- Proficiency in SQL, SOQL, and other data query languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Tableau, OMS, or other Salesforce products.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, big data technologies, and data analytics.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud.
