**Job Responsibilities:1. Teaching & Curriculum Delivery**
- Conduct engaging **speech and drama classes** for students of various age groups.
- Develop and implement lesson plans focused on **public speaking, elocution, voice modulation, acting techniques, and storytelling**.
- Improve students' **confidence, articulation, stage presence, and creative expression**.

**2. Student Development & Performance Coaching**
- Train students in **voice projection, pronunciation, body language, and facial expressions**.
- Prepare students for **speech competitions, theater productions, debates, and poetry recitations**.
- Organize **drama performances, role-plays, and interactive workshops**.

**3. Classroom Management & Student Engagement**
- Create a **supportive and encouraging learning environment**.
- Use interactive and innovative teaching methods such as **improvisation, scriptwriting, and character analysis**.
- Encourage students to express themselves creatively and build their **self-confidence**.

**4. Event & Production Management**
- Direct and coordinate **school plays, drama productions, and cultural events**.
- Assist in **stage design, costumes, props, and lighting** for performances.

**5. Parent Communication & Reporting**
- Provide feedback on students’ **progress, strengths, and areas for improvement**.
- Communicate with parents about **upcoming performances, competitions, and student achievements**.

**6. Professional Development & School Collaboration**
- Stay updated on the latest **speech and drama techniques and educational trends**.
- Collaborate with teachers for **integrated learning projects and interdisciplinary performances**.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
