**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Speech and Drama Trainer to join our team under our academy of Cyrus Broacha’s Academy for Entre-tainment. As a Speech and Drama Trainer, you will be responsible for teaching students the skills needed to excel in speech and drama competitions, as well as to develop their confidence, self-esteem, and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver effective English speech and drama lessons, programs, and workshops for students of all ages and levels.
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with students' needs, interests, and abilities.
- Teach students proper techniques for speaking, articulating, projecting, and expressing themselves effectively.
- Organize and conduct regular assessments and evaluations of students' progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills and performance.
- Prepare students for intra-school, inter-school and district level speech and drama competitions.
- Collaborate with other trainers, teachers, and staff to ensure that students are receiving a well-rounded education.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and their parents/guardians.

**Who can apply?**
- Bachelor's degree in Theatre, Performing Arts, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong experience in speech and drama, with proven ability to effectively teach and coach individuals and groups.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Passionate about the transformative power of theatre and communication.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
