We are seeking an experienced and motivated female telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller specializing in technology products and services, you will play a crucial role in representing our company and effectively communicating with potential clients and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our technology-related offerings and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our technology products and services.

Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of our technology offerings and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits.

Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads for our technology sales team, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed sales and performance targets set by the company.

Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to the team on customer responses and market trends to help refine our product offerings

Sales Calls: Contacting potential customers to promote and sell products or services.

Customer Service: Assisting existing customers with inquiries, issues, or complaints.

Market Research: Conducting surveys or gathering information over the phone for market research purposes.

Appointment Setting: Scheduling appointments for sales representatives or other professionals.

Fundraising: Contacting individuals or organizations to solicit donations for charitable causes.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a telecaller in the technology industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong product knowledge in the technology sector.

Ability to handle objections and provide solutions.

Customer-focused, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Good data entry and record-keeping skills.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Proficiency with CRM software and telecalling tools.

**Selection Process**:
1 round (Telephonic Round)

2nd round ( Aptitude Round)

3rd round (HR discussion)

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
