**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers for body and paint services.
- Assess and document vehicle damage, providing accurate information to customers.
- Communicate repair estimates and timelines clearly to customers.
- Collaborate with the body and paint team to schedule and coordinate repair appointments.
- Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process.
- Possess a basic understanding of automotive body and paint processes.
- Provide customers with information about repair options and necessary procedures.
- Coordinate with technicians to address any additional concerns identified during the repair process.
- Accurately document all body and paint service activities in the dealership's system.
- Assist customers with insurance claims and paperwork.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and addressing any post-repair issues.

Experience:

- 02-04 yrs. (Automobile, Four Wheeler)
