Job Title: Child Counsellor - Class XI & XII

School: Schiller Institute Senior Secondary School

Location: R-6, Rajnagar, Ghaziabad

Working Hours: 07:30 AM - 03:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Child Counselling
- Teach Psychology to Classes XI and XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Create and submit pre-planned lesson plans on time.
- Conduct engaging theory and practical classes with clear understanding of CBSE practical norms.
- Incorporate multiple therapy-related activities (e.g., mindfulness, art/music therapy/ sound therapy/touch therapy, storytelling, journaling) into teaching.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and exam preparation.
- Maintain accurate academic records, practical files, and student assessments.
- Follow all school rules, processes, and timelines with utmost sincerity.
- Participate actively in school meetings, PTMs, academic planning, and events.
- Focus on student well-being and psychological development.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Master’s Degree in Psychology (MA/MSc) - Mandatory
- B.Ed. in Psychology - Mandatory
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (CBSE board preferred)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Excellent organizational habits and diligence in submitting academic work on time

Preferred Qualities:

- Passion for student mental health and holistic development
- Familiarity with digital teaching platforms (e.g., Google Classroom, MS Teams)
- Creative, empathetic, and adaptable personality
- Punctual, reliable, and a team player

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
