As an Educational Counsellor, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our school’s programs in Gurgaon and Noida. The focus is on preschool admissions for the Gurgaon location and gymnastics courses for the Noida location. The role requires excellent communication and persuasive skills to counsel and convert leads into admissions by understanding parent requirements and matching them with our programs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Sales:
Sell preschool admissions (Gurgaon) and toddler gymnastics courses (Noida) by engaging parents, understanding their needs, and presenting the value of the programs.

2. Lead Management:
Manage leads generated through various channels (walk-ins, calls, online inquiries) and follow up consistently to close deals.

3. Counseling & Guidance:
Provide in-depth counseling to parents, explaining the benefits of the programs, curriculum details, and how our offerings cater to child development.

4. CRM Management:
Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with all interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.

5. Event Participation:
Attend relevant community events and exhibitions to promote programs and generate leads.

6. Customer Experience:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.

7. Reporting:
Report daily activities, inquiries, conversions, and follow-ups to the team lead.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or educational counseling.
- Prior experience in CRM handling (will be a add-on), telephonic sales, and face-to-face interaction.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and meet targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
