**Key points**:

- This is a full time on site opportunity, at our Goregaon East office.
- Your job would be to optimise and scale Instagram and google ads for our brands, bringing in high quality traffic

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions
- Constantly monitor & analyze performance of campaigns and optimize them for better results
- Utilize customer data to create targeted campaigns to reach our desired customer base
- Work closely with the content team to ensure a high quality output of ads based on data and feedback

**Qualifications**
- Proven track record of success in performance marketing, particularly with Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads with at least 2 years of experience
- Ideally a background of performance marketing for a ecom fashion brand, or atleast from a relatable product-led industry (Real estate, service business backgrounds not recommended)
- Highly skilled with store data analysis and tracking
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and targeting along with optimisation
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills to collaborate with multiple teams when optimising the whole customer journey

**Overview**

We are looking for a Performance Marketer to join our ecom business for fashion accessories. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic to our website and other digital channels through Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our campaigns are optimized to reach our target audience and maximize our return on investment.

Our office at Goregaon is home to our D2C startup. You will have the unique opportunity to rub shoulders with other experienced talents that are an essential cog for running an e-commerce business. At the cutting edge of trend & e-com tech in India, you will continuously grow along with this budding market.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
