Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers, promoting financial products and services (short-term loans)
- Generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and meet sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve queries
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in telecalling (finance/banking industry preferred)
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with financial products and services (short-term loans)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Immediate joiner

**Offer**:

- Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
