Our aim is to ensure that those suffering and waiting to get treated get quality care. **About the Role | Field Program Officer** Parakashtha Foundation is looking to recruit a dynamic professional to provide high-quality organizational and logístical support for its program activities and events. **Education and experience**: - Degree or certification in program development, monitoring, and evaluation - >2 years’ experience working for an NGO or working as a Field program Officer in the private sector - Certification in or experience with grant writing welcomed but not essential **Skills and abilities**: - Must speak English ,Hindi and Regional Language and be able to write fluent and graceful English, Hindi and Regional language - Must have dealt or worked with schools in the previous assignments and be comfortable in taking sessions for students from 1st 12th grade. **Responsibilities**: - Manage project activities in Schools and Colleges. - Attend stakeholder meetings, monitor and conduct evaluations - Develop & deliver training modules for children of different grades to educate on health & nutrition - Spend as much time with beneficiaries and stakeholders in schools to develop program understanding, establish the program and create long-lasting relationships - Develop new projects with clearly defined goals, objectives that identify measurable results that will indicate goal achievement, and for which there is strong evidence (based on past evaluations and literature search) that the project will achieve the defined objectives and that meeting those objectives will demonstrate goal achievement - Building and managing relationships with the multiple partners and co-partners/agencies working in the projects, and ensure they deliver together for the projects. - Post reports and updates on all social media and crowd funding platforms. - Work with Grant Proposal team to lay out a budget and project details for funding - Maintain beneficiary and donor databases - Write detailed project closure reports that can be used for future funding opportunities. - Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. - Travel to project sites all over India. - coordinating and regularly interacting with sector players, local governments, and other institutions. **Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Volunteer Contract length: 12 months Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Flexible schedule Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus - Quarterly bonus - Yearly bonus **Experience**: - total work: 2 years (required) Willingness to travel: - 75% (required)
