**Role & responsibilities**

**Client Consultation**:

- Provide expert guidance and advice on visa procedures for various countries (tourist, student, work, etc.).
- Assess the client’s profile to determine eligibility and visa options.
- Ensure clients understand the visa requirements, including documentation and timelines.

**Sales and Lead Generation**:

- Convert inquiries and leads into sales by offering visa processing services.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional services (e.g., travel insurance, ticket booking, accommodation).

**Documentation Assistance**:

- Review and verify documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure clients submit required paperwork within deadlines.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Address client queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage customer records and keep them updated on visa status.

**Sales Target Achievement**:

- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching monthly/quarterly sales goals.

**Market Research & Strategy**:

- Stay updated with immigration policies, visa rules, and market trends.
- Provide insights and feedback to the management for improving sales processes.

**Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
- Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements for achieving better outcomes.
- Good communication skills
