**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow ITAM solutions to optimize asset management processes.
- Oversee the integration of ServiceNow TPSM to enhance third-party service management.
- Provide expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Port Mgt to streamline project portfolio management.
- Implement and manage ServiceNow ITOM to ensure efficient IT operations management.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow HRSD solutions to improve HR service delivery.
- Utilize ServiceNow ITSM to enhance IT service management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow modules.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
- Monitor and report on the performance of ServiceNow solutions to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ServiceNow technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow ITAM TPSM Strategic Port Mgt ITOM HRSD and ITSM.
- Demonstrate expertise in Product Lifecycle Management.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Show proficiency in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
