Client Relationship Intern

Job Description: Client Relationship Intern assist to improve business relationships with partner firms and clients. Relationship management is generally divided into two fields: client relationship management and business relationship management. Both fields share the common goal of facilitating good relationships so businesses can maximize the value of those relationships and maintain a good reputation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in Building positive relationships with customers
- Assisting with generating new business
- Assisting in Identifying opportunities for greater profits
- Assisting in Understanding customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Assisting in Identifing key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
- Assisting in Resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Assisting in Forwarding upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
- Assisting in Promoting high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
- Assisting in Aiming to preserve customers and renew contracts
- Assisting in Approaching potential customers to establish relationships
- Assisting in Gaining solid knowledge of competitors
