District Sales Officer

**About the Company**:
Reliable Coats Pvt. Ltd. is a leading paint manufacturing company known for high-quality decorative and industrial coatings. We are expanding our presence across Madhya Pradesh and are looking for a dynamic District Sales Officer to drive growth in the Burhanpur region.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer networks in the assigned district.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives.
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and markets.
- Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and report market trends to management.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong relationships with trade partners.
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Promote company products through on-ground activities, painter meets, and local events.
- Maintain daily reporting of visits, leads, and sales performance.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in the Paint / Building Material / Hardware / Construction industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and work under mínimal supervision.
- Good understanding of the local market and dealer network.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
