**Job Summary**:
The Store In-Charge will be responsible for managing all store operations including stock handling, inward & outward materials, inventory tracking, and ensuring proper documentation. The role requires attention to detail, discipline, and coordination with purchase and service departments to maintain smooth material flow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle all **inward and outward stock movement** with proper documentation.
- Maintain **daily stock register** (manual and system-based).
- Check received materials as per purchase order and supplier invoice.
- Prepare **Goods Received Notes (GRN)** and issue materials to service/sales teams.
- Track and update stock levels regularly and raise alerts for low inventory.
- Maintain proper **storage, labeling, and segregation** of materials.
- Coordinate with purchase and accounts departments for verification and reconciliation.
- Conduct **monthly physical stock audits** and report discrepancies.
- Ensure material safety, cleanliness, and store discipline.
- Assist in **AMC / Project material dispatches** and documentation.

**Required Skills**:

- 2-3 years of experience in **store or inventory management**.
- Good knowledge of **inward/outward process and stock entry**.
- Familiar with **MS Excel, stock register, and ERP system (preferred)**.
- Strong coordination and record-keeping skills.
- Physically fit and willing to handle material movement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
