**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and execute **manual test cases** for LOS and LMS platforms.
- Understand and validate workflows related to **Overdraft and Term Loan** products in banking.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Identify, document, and track **bugs and issues** using tools like JIRA or equivalent.
- Collaborate with **business analysts, developers, and product owners** to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Review and analyze requirement documents, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
- Validate data integrity and loan calculations in LOS/LMS systems.
- Participate in defect triage meetings and provide detailed test evidence to support issues.
- Ensure adherence to testing best practices and compliance guidelines as per IDFC Bank standards.
- **
Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of **manual testing experience** in BFSI domain, preferably with **IDFC Bank** or similar institutions.
- In-depth understanding and testing experience in **LOS and LMS** platforms.
- Strong domain knowledge of **Overdraft** and **Term Loan** products and processes.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
- Hands-on experience with **test management tools** (JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to document test cases, results, and defect reports with clarity and detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
