Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Virtual Nutrition Sessions (Beginner and Intermediate Level):

- Healthy Eating for Seniors
- Nutrition and Chronic Disease Management
- Meal Planning and Grocery Shopping
- Mindful Eating and Portion Control
- Special Diets (e.g., diabetes, gluten-free)

Suggest Nutrition Plans:

- Assess seniors' nutritional needs and health goals
- Provide ongoing support and guidance

Provide Clear Instructions & Guidance:

- Break down complex nutrition concepts into manageable steps
- Use visual aids and examples to illustrate key points
- Offer live demonstrations and encourage Q&A

Encourage Healthy Habits and Community:

- Foster an environment promoting healthy lifestyle choices
- Encourage seniors to share progress and successes
- Build a supportive community through interactive sessions
- Provide personalized feedback and suggestions
