**Role**: Junior Graphic Designer (Full Time Role)

**Location**: Remote

**Salary**: Rs. 10,000 - 15,000 per month + performance based incentives

**About Us**:
We are a fast-growing creative first performance marketing agency based in Ahmedabad. We help fast-growing **eCommerce and D2C brands** create **scroll stopping ads** that convert and also managing paid media for them. Some of our clients include Frido, Oziva, Mnmlst, Phool, Ambrane and more.

We've launched a **new digital posters brand** under **Smashed** **Agency** where we will be creating stunning wall art across various categories - from cars and anime to aesthetic pieces.

We're in search of a **talented** **Junior Graphic Designer**who can help us build our collection with fresh, eye-catching designs. As we're just starting our journey, you'll have the **exciting** opportunity to shape our design language and grow with us from the ground up

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create 5-6 poster designs daily
- Draw inspiration from current market trends while adding unique creative elements
- Maintain consistent brand quality across all designs
- Meet daily design targets and deadlines
- Collaborate with the team to implement design feedback
- Stay updated with current design trends and styles

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in any professional design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent)
- Strong eye for composition, color, and typography
- Ability to create various design styles (mínimal, artistic, modern)
- Good understanding of digital art and poster design principles
- Good time management skills
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
- Available for immediate joining

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
