**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Pre-Sales Associate to join our Business Development team. This is not your typical SDR role. You’ll be at the intersection of research, engagement, and relationship-building—executing strategic ABM campaigns to connect with decision-makers at some of the world’s most respected enterprises.
This role demands an understanding of B2B SaaS sales, enterprise buying cycles, and the ability to communicate how TurboHire solves complex hiring challenges across multiple stakeholders (TA, HR, Business Heads, and CXOs).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct deep research on target companies and hiring pain points to craft tailored narratives and engagement sequences.
- Build and nurture multi-threaded relationships across stakeholders—TA teams, HR heads, business leaders, and C-suite.
- Qualify and progress accounts through early sales stages by mapping buying intent, current stack, and transformation goals.
- Create engaging collateral or personalized pitches as needed to convert cold accounts into warm opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure message-market fit and refine outreach based on campaign data and feedback loops.
- Maintain clear documentation of all outreach and conversation data on CRM tools.
**Who You Are**:
- A proactive communicator and researcher with a keen interest in enterprise sales and marketing.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, driven by outcomes, and energized by the chase.
- Capable of quickly grasping how TurboHire solves complex hiring workflows and operational bottlenecks.
- Familiar with B2B SaaS and enterprise account structures.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- MBA or post-graduate diploma in Sales/Marketing/Management is a strong plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in a pre-sales, SDR, or inside sales role (preferably in SaaS).
