**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads and identify business opportunities in road safety infrastructure projects.
- Meet and interact with contractors, consultants, government officials, and procurement departments.
- Explain product specifications such as road studs, sign boards, median markers, crash barriers, etc.
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions based on site conditions and project needs.
- Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on proposals, and close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and execution of orders.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Maintain database of prospects and update daily activity reports.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in any stream (preferred: BBA/Engineering/Marketing).
- Proven sales experience in infrastructure or B2B sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively across project sites.
