**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, organize, and maintain laboratory equipment, materials, and chemicals for science classes.
- Assist teachers and students during laboratory experiments, ensuring safety and proper use of equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory inventory, supplies, and chemical storage.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Calibrate, clean, and repair laboratory instruments as required.
- Support teachers in setting up experiments and demonstrations for different grade levels (K-12).
- Train students on proper laboratory practices, safety measures, and handling of apparatus.
- Dispose of chemicals and waste responsibly, following school and government guidelines.
- Conduct periodic checks and audits of laboratory equipment and resources.
- Stay updated with advancements in laboratory practices and safety protocols.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Science, Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a school or college laboratory technician (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment handling, and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to guide and manage students during practical sessions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
