Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for the real estate industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Pre Sales in our channel partner firm. We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong background in real estate sales and an in-depth understanding of the West Pune market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Engagement: Professionally handle both inbound and outbound calls from real estate customers, delivering exceptional service and addressing inquiries promptly. Build and nurture enduring relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction through regular follow-up calls and personalized interactions.
2. Property Information Dissemination: Thoroughly explain property details to customers, providing comprehensive information on features, specifications, and any additional relevant details. Keep abreast of market trends and property updates to deliver accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
3. Site Visit Coordination: Extend invitations to clients for site visits based on sales leads and their specific requirements. Coordinate logistics and ensure a seamless transition from client interest to on-site property exploration.
4. Team Collaboration: Demonstrate effective communication and coordination skills while working collaboratively with other team members. Contribute to a positive team dynamic by sharing insights, feedback, and participating in team meetings to enhance overall efficiency.
5. Customer Feedback Management: Actively seek feedback from customers to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the team to implement customer feedback into the continuous improvement process.
6. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, ensuring that all relevant details are documented for future reference. Collaborate with administrative staff to streamline documentation processes and maintain a comprehensive customer database.
**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience in a pre-sales or telecalling role, preferably in the real estate sector.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent fluency in Hindi and English is required.
3. Ability to understand and articulate complex real estate offerings.
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
5. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
