Profile Job Description for Tele caller:
Position: Tele caller

Location: Gurugram

/Part-time

**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**:

- Initiate outgoing calls to potential and existing customers.
- Introduce company products or services and explain their features and benefits.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and customer needs.
- **Customer Follow-up**:

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with purchased products or services.
- Address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Qualify leads and set up appointments for sales representatives.
- Document and report on lead generation and qualification activities.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the company's products or services.
- Clearly and effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.
- **Achieve Targets**:

- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, sales, and other relevant information.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, lead generation, and sales.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through professional and courteous interactions.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and information.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the team

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
