**Tele-caller Job Description**:
SpeedJet Aviation is seeking a Tele-caller to join our team at our new branch in Gurugram, Haryana. As a Tele-caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our training programs for Cabin Crew, Pilot, and Ground Staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our training programs
- Answer questions about our training programs and provide information to customers
- Follow up with customers who have shown interest in our training programs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data in our CRM system
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as set by management
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience as a Tele-caller or similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- High school diploma or equivalent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Counselling (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi, Good English, Punjabi would be prefered. (preferred)
