Our Client, a leading and eminent manufacturer and exporter of Indian grown Organic Cotton and Yarn headquarter in Sindhu bhavan Road Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

**Position**: Finance Executive

**Experience**:1-2 year

**Qualification**: CA /Inter CA/ MBA Finance

**Salary**: 4-9 LPA (Depends on Interview & Experience)

**Office time**: 9:30 am to 7 pm (6 days)

**Job Role**:

- Bank Liaoning with respect to the borrowing Limits of Group Companies with respect to renewals, enhancements and other audits.
- Support the CFO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans.
- Prepare and Manage Cash Flow & Fund Flow on a routine basis. Providing consolidated reports at group level.
- Reviewing & Negotiating Banks for Better Pricing and Terms and Conditions.
- Submit and Review of Bank Compliances Like Stock statement, QFR and other Financial reporting required by Banks and other Institutions.
- Preparing Fund Blockage Report and evaluating remedies for release of blockage of funds.
- Preparing Budgets for Various departments and preparing deviation reports.
- Reviewing cash outflow as cost controller.
- Participate in developing new business, specifically: assist the Promoters in identifying new funding opportunities and determining cost effectiveness of prospective service delivery.
- Preparing CMA or projections of Financial Statement as required by Banks.
- Preparing Forex Exposure MIS and hedging the same in Banks and Exchange.
- Preparing and reporting discounting of Bills with Banks.
- Day to day feeding entries into Tally.
- Review of Tally/ERP data on a daily basis.
- Managing payments to suppliers and receipts from vendors.
- Assisting in solving Audit queries
- Assisting in filing GST, TDS returns and litigation related work.
- Manage general administrative & govt. compliance filings of the company by coordinating with various consultants.
- Other General routine work for accounts & finance controller and administrative work.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
