We are seeking a talented Malayalam Copywriter to join our creative team. As a Malayalam Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and creative copy in the Malayalam language for various branding projects. You will collaborate closely with the creative team to develop engaging content that effectively communicates our clients' messages and enhances their brand identity.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Writing**: Produce high-quality, original, and engaging copy in Malayalam for various platforms including advertisements, websites, social media, blogs, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all copy aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and messaging guidelines, maintaining consistency across all communication channels.
- **Research**: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content creation strategies and enhance messaging effectiveness.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative team, including designers, art directors, and marketers, to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute campaigns that meet client objectives.
- **Proofreading and Editing**: Review and revise copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand standards before final submission.
- **Adaptability**: Adapt writing style and tone to suit different brands, target audiences, and communication channels while maintaining authenticity and effectiveness.
- **Deadline Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to strict deadlines to deliver high-quality work on time.

**Requirements**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in Malayalam is essential, with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills. Proficiency in English is also preferred for effective communication within the team.
- **Experience**: Previous experience working as a copywriter, preferably in a creative or branding agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse Malayalam copywriting samples across various media channels.
- **Creativity**: A passion for creative writing and the ability to generate innovative ideas that resonate with target audiences and elevate brand messaging.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error-free, polished copy that reflects the brand's quality standards.
- **Collaborative Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and take constructive feedback positively.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, feedback, and project requirements while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering results under pressure.
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field is preferred but not required.
