We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want to gain real-time work experience in a supportive, professional environment. You’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate records, organizing data, and ensuring that all information is up to date.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter and update data into Excel, Google Sheets, and internal systems
- Verify, cross-check, and correct information before finalizing entries
- Maintain student records, attendance sheets, and other databases
- Coordinate with the HR and academic teams for data-related tasks
- Generate daily/weekly reports on data entry performance and status
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Assist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Good typing speed and strong attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
- Responsible, punctual, and well-organized
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work as part of a team
- Need an immediate joiner

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
