**Position -SQL Database Trainer**

**Location - Permanent remote**

**CTC - Depends on an Experience & Interview**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Summary**:
As an SQL Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs focused on SQL (Structured Query Language) to individuals or groups within the organization. The role requires a deep understanding of SQL concepts, databases, and the ability to effectively communicate and transfer this knowledge to learners.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development**:

- Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments, to cover various aspects of SQL.
- Keep training materials up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends.

**Instruction Delivery**:

- Conduct engaging training sessions for individuals or groups, ensuring a clear and structured delivery of SQL concepts.
- Adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and levels of expertise.

**Assessment and Feedback**:

- Administer assessments and quizzes to evaluate learners' understanding and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and additional support to learners as needed.

**Customized Training**:

- Tailor training programs to meet specific organizational needs, ensuring relevance to current projects and systems.

**Hands-On Practice**:
**Stay Updated with Industry Trends**:

- Stay current with developments in SQL, database management systems, and related technologies.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and learner progress.
- Generate reports to track the effectiveness of training programs.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Seek feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously enhance training programs and methods.

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Pune, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
