Job description
- Working Experience with retail Branding Agency for Signage, In-shop.
- Knowledge of wooden fabrication, plywood, lamination, shelves, racks etc.
- Branding, ISB, Retail Branding, Printing, Merchandise.
- Product Knowledge (Flex, Vinyl, Printing, Acrylic LED Signage).
- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their branding.
- Responsible for complete Client Life cycle management.
- Ensure effective service delivery operations to generate exceptional experience for clients for their utmost satisfaction.
- Doing co-ordination to drive-on ground field team and prepare data as per the inputs received.
- Leading the complete process post PO generation. Starting from planning of complete execution, selection of material, media, and creatives to getting the production done and installation. Keeping the client proactively informed at all levels.
- Completing billing post production / installation /delivery and follow up for collection.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
- Problem solver, go getter and continuous learner.
